Well done to all who attended our first squad/competition session of 2010. It was a good turnout for a cold January day and it was at short notice for some.

Sensei Mark Raistrick said "May I thank the instructors of Hartlepool Shotokan for the use of the dojo and the hospitality shown, especially the hotdogs and tea afterwards! Thanks, guys. Also, thanks go out to Sensei Shaun Arrowsmith who assisted with the kumite training and Sensei Amanda Larkin and Malcolm Crowther for their assistance in holding this session.
