Our instructors are fully qualified and insured. We are also members of the English Karate Federation, and have direct access to international level coaching in Competition Karate (for those who wish to engage in the sport aspect of karate) as well as top class tuition for those who wish to discover the benefits (both physical and psychological) of Traditional Karate training.
Taisho-Do Karate has effective, practical, self
defence techniques at it's core, so those looking for an "edge" in
these troubled times will find that Taisho-Do Karate can fulfil
your need to protect yourself.
We welcome new members, male and female, of all ages at any time.
If you are a complete novice you will be made to feel most welcome.
We were all beginners once!
